Excellent food quality and friendly service at GAR restaurants.

Cons

Frequent reliability issues: the app is often unusable or crashes and fails to load.
Payment and checkout problems: errors adding/saving cards, gift card issues, tipping glitches, and lack of Apple Pay/sign-in options; payments not processing.
Ordering limits and UX flaws: no ability to select a delivery/pickup time (ASAP only), difficult to choose the restaurant, locations/favorites not saved, no quantity controls, and a 20-character limit on special instructions.
Sign-in/account migration problems: sign-in errors, lost order history after updates, and no Apple/Google login.
Order accuracy and refund delays: orders missing/incorrect and refunds taking days to process.

I’m starving. It’s lunchtime. Restaurant will not accept a phone order. Got the app. Have been working on it & reloading app 3 times & it won’t work. Too many other nearby restaurants to have to deal with this nonsense. I’ll take my business elsewhere
