Worst app ever!! For an app that you use to control temperature in your home. This is the worst . Each time you have to use the app you need to reconnect to the unit and in order to reconnect to the unit you have to take off the entire front. Worst design ever I can't believe someone put this out.

The app works fine one you able to connect to the ptac. I shouldn’t have to Power cycle the ptac to be able to locate and pair to the unit. But once connected works ok could be better
