I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I signed up for what I believed was a single $164/month membership, only to discover multiple membership charges on my account. While the company later acknowledged that there was a system issue and agreed to process refunds, the entire situation created unnecessary stress and confusion. To make matters worse, my account showed available tanning credits, so I booked an additional appointment based on the information displayed. Now I’m being told that those credits may not have actually been available, leaving me concerned about being charged for services I believed were covered under my membership. I’ve requested a phone call multiple times to get clarification before my appointment, but no one has called me back. When billing issues involve recurring charges and same-day appointments, customers shouldn’t have to chase down answers to avoid additional fees. The lack of clear communication, inaccurate account information, and difficulty reaching someone by phone has made this a very disappointing experience. I’m still waiting for confirmation that I won’t be charged for appointments booked based on credits that appeared in my account due to their system error. I hope management improves communication and customer support so future customers don’t have to deal with the same confusion.

I’ve used SprayValet a handful of times, and I’ve always loved the result of my tan which lasts a long time compared to other services I’ve used. The valets are in and out of your house in less than 15 minutes, leave no mess and are always friendly as can be! I highly recommend getting your tan with SprayValet.
