three days in a row that i haven’t been able to book a ride it’s really unfortunate i like star but being unavailable for three days in a row.

If it’s connected to Uber and Lyft and those are available all the time there’s no point in capping the fare if you’re paying for an entire day. The wait times for a bus is ridiculous the busses will always be 45 minutes away and they never arrive without 10 minute delay. This app needs serious fixing.
