It’s straightforward and Strange Brew is a great cafe, so the app is mostly fine and I appreciate being able to get deliveries directly from SB instead of one of the shady giant delivery apps. The one problem is that the app automatically marks the order as delivered once the estimated time has passed. If your order gets to you earlier or later, it doesn’t notify you and you can’t contact anyone about it through the app. So that’s a significant flaw. (If you have to call to check on the status of an order, don’t take it out on the cafe workers–it’s not their fault!)
