With Cortex Cloud you gain deeper customization options for the Nano Cortex and can control privacy settings for your uploaded files. Requires a free Neural DSP account and a registered Quad Cortex or Nano Cortex; the Cloud app enhances control and collaboration but is not required to use the hardware.

The last few weeks where I open the app it won’t allow me to search the cloud for new presets. I can still configure my nano cortex once it’s connected via Bluetooth but I can get new capture….

I don’t think I’ve ever had my love for a piece of hardware so tested by my hatred of the software I have to use to unlock the full potential of the product. Why do I have to delete the app every time there’s an update? It’s a bummer when your enthusiasm to play guitar slowly drains away because of the technical issues of an IOS app.

Love the sound of all the Cortex devices! Controlling the pedal and presets with this app works pretty well. However, it’s difficult to figure out the UI for downloading presets, captures, etc from the cloud. Takes some getting used to.
