SGD Pharma App

The SGD Pharma App is intended to provide pharmaceutical customers with useful information regarding molded glass nonconformities sometimes encountered during glass container inspection. The non-conformity classification and AQL's listed are those found in the SGD Pharma Container Quality Specifications. They are applicable for release of SGD Pharma production lots, and incoming quality assessment of SGD Pharma deliveries. The App provides 2D visualization of the most common locations and appearances of the referenced nonconformity, and where applicable the threshold where a disparity is considered a defect nonconformity. There are cross-references made, with permission, to two widely accepted industry quality references; The Parenteral Drug Association's Technical Report 43, and Edito-Cantor Verlag's Molded Glass Container Defect List.
