User Reviews

Users praise QuickMD for convenient, discreet telehealth with professional doctors and easy prescription management, often via chat, plus around-the-clock access. However, recurring concerns center on cost and billing (subscription plus per-visit fees), delays or gaps in doctor responsiveness, and challenges getting or transferring medications to a willing pharmacy. Several reviews warn that it may not suit those on fixed incomes or needing ongoing maintenance meds, and some report administrative glitches. Overall, the service is valued for clinician quality and convenience, but affordability and reliable medication access are the main recurring drawbacks.
Pros
  • Convenient telehealth from home (discreet, fast)
  • Professional, caring, and knowledgeable doctors
  • Efficient prescription management via chat and easy pharmacy transfers
  • Around-the-clock/anytime scheduling and visits
  • Support staff and online resources (support groups)
Cons
  • Pricing and subscription model can be expensive or unclear (per-visit fees plus monthly subscription)
  • Delays or inconsistent responsiveness from some doctors, risking timely refills or guidance
  • Medication access issues (delays in Rx fulfillment, stock issues, and difficulties changing pharmacies)
  • Not ideal for people on fixed income or uninsured, or those needing ongoing, tightly managed meds
  • Some scheduling/billing glitches and administrative issues (double-booked visits, unexpected charges)

Man this telehealth addiction Dr I had my appointment with is one of the most well informed doctors I’ve worked with and I’ve worked with A LOT. So glad to have my life back on track!

I had my first doctor until I moved to TX(he was 90 something, but retired shortly after). Started with a new doctor and as much as I miss her, I can’t afford to pay her co-pay every month(basically her copay covers this visit and my prescription)! I was so scared to switch and worried my meds wouldn’t get filled being it’s a new doctor, now I wish I had only switched sooner! If you’re on the fence, don’t be! Yes what kept me staying with my last doctor was her being like a counselor in a sense and 30 minute appointments, were as here, you talk for at most 20 minutes, as long as there’s no concerns and they do offer online support groups. Tomorrow I go pick up my prescription and then I see my doctor one more time(no fee) this coming week to make sure everything is going good. If I have any issues, I will update, but so far I was crazy to wait this long to make the switch!
