It’s been over 48 hours since I saw my provider and getting stuff called in has been a nightmare. There is still one prescription that still isn’t called in just because they made another mistake and I’m still waiting to hear back. They keep making mistakes on my prior authorization so I ended up paying out of pocket 240 dollars instead of it being filled properly like my other in person drs office. The scary thing is I’ll have to do a follow up in about 5 days and another prescription will be sent in which means another prior authorization. Again 48 hours later and still they keep making mistakes and not everything is sent in. The pharmacist is even sending a message because she’s getting annoyed
