The refund policy really sucks!! I bought two tickets for Saturday accidentally but needed them for Sunday.. I cannot get a refund to save my life!!! I have to lose more money now because of the fees!!!! This is ridiculous!

I was surprised they even have an app because on the mobile web page it doesn't even offer to have you download the app like literally everything else does. I've used many different cinema apps and this one isn't all bad, it just jumps you to the webpage and doesn't connect your account directly to the app. I wish it would just show ALL the movies playing that day, because some of the "Coming Soon" movies have showing the night before they come out and it doesn't show the available times until you switch tabs. This just needs a little more tweaking to be user friendly.
