Newark Connect is a reporting tool, allowing citizens to identify and report non-emergency neighborhood observations. This app can offer an accurate GPS location to pin-point the location being reported within the City of Newark. The app also provides you a list of categories to choose for the item being reported. Through this app, citizens can also anonymously file reports, complaints, upload photos, and review existing reports.

Once an issue is reported, a ticket will be created and routed to the appropriate municipal department as well as the City 4311 center. Citizens can track the status of reported issues and even view observations submitted by others.

Ive being asking for attention for a public service for weeks and yet still hasn’t been done. Newark is abandoned in certain areas,, this is beyond disrespecting.

I’ve made several complaints about the lack of police, or them driving by the drug dealers acting like they don’t see them, officers know they don’t live on this block the sit in front of a house that the owner doesn’t live in and his tenants are to scared to tell them not to sit there. All the dope heads walking up and down, stealing packages off home owners steps. 29 Columbia Avenue
