I love Sia’s app! It’s not only doable if you have 10 minutes, but customizable if you’d like to add more workouts or combine. The exercises are simple, easy to follow & they WORK. I feel targeted soreness after doing the workouts. The only things I would add as improvements: some warm up options, and I’d love for the exercises on the Instagram page to be incorporated into the app. Love those & want more of them in there! Thanks Sia for your sparking personality & authenticity too!!

I like the ease of the app but wish there was an option to remove certain exercises if you have mobility issues (have a hard time getting up from the floor, torn Achilles, injured shoulder, injured wrists, etc.) Also wished that you could customize the flow of exercises so that you weren’t going from standing to sitting on the floor back to standing.

I really love this app/program. I wish it didn’t have the glitches that bug me because would rate it differently. I love the ability to view the exercises and how it is all written out and easy to follow. Cardio: The app doesn’t seem to give credit and mark when I have done a cardio though. I usually plug it in at times I did it already and it doesn’t mark it that I’ve completed it. Can’t go back: For the workout days if I had glitches or my phone died it doesn’t let me go back to mark that I completed the “workout” of the day for the workout days. I like the ability and accountability to get credit so it just bothers me I can’t mark it off when I’ve done it. Then it doesn’t let me move forward in the program.
