User Reviews

Users say the app is meant to streamline urgent-care visits, but it suffers from repeated problems. Registration and login issues—activation emails not arriving, verification failures, and password problems—prevent access. Location/geo problems cause wrong states or centers to appear and limit fixing local options. The scheduling flow is buggy, with non-working dropdowns, missing time slots, and circular check-in prompts. Some users also report delayed or missing test results and no in-app cancellations. Overall, the experience is inconsistent and unreliable, limiting its usefulness for urgent-care needs.
Pros
  • Core scheduling feature is available for urgent care visits.
  • App attempts to show available appointment slots.
  • Designed to streamline urgent care access (walk-ins and telehealth potential).
Cons
  • Registration/activation/login issues are widespread (activation emails not arriving, verification failures, and password problems).
  • Location/geo problems cause wrong states or centers to appear and limit fixing local options.
  • Scheduling flow is buggy (non-working dropdowns, missing time slots, 'slot fully booked' errors, and circular check-in prompts).

I tried to schedule a call in telehealth visit. On the payment page I put in my information, it took the $50 co pay from my bank account and then it did nothing. There was no next step or anything. It just stayed on that page. Currently on hold to try and speak with someone about this and nobody is answering. I also sent an email. I live in and am located in Ohio as the app says is required.
