The worker app is a part of Ridecell’s Fleet Ops product. While your workers use the mobile app, your dispatchers operate from the web-based system and ensure all maintenance requirements are taken care of. With the worker app, you give your workers a powerful tool so they can: • View and execute assigned jobs and subtasks. • See an optimized route for their jobs based on priority and location. • Communicate easily with the dispatcher via the message feature, attach pictures, ask questions, etc. • Give an update on their current job process. • Service several of your fleets at the same time (e.g. electric cars, scooters, and bikes).
