The food at the restaurant is awesome and some of the best Greek food in Vegas. However the app is lackluster. It’s good for PLACING orders and that’s about it: there’s no way to contact customer support (the restaurant itself or corporate), no way to track the progress of your order, and especially no way to get a refund or credit if your order was wrong after you picked it up/had it delivered. You’d have to call the restaurant or email from their website. That’s not a problem really, but it’s surprising and disappointing that an app you can place orders through gives you no options to give feedback or ask questions or get help through said app.

They always pretend to check the order when picking up. Not once have they gotten my order correct. Deleting the app, I’m done with them. I’m sticking with the Great Greek.
