We have used this app for nearly three years. The app people still cannot figure out how to automatically start a sentence with a capital letter- it seems so rudimentary but has been impossible regardless of multiple complaints.

1) Signing on is a mess. A multi-step process that could be streamlined. 2) Inability to view a client’s outstanding balance. Even in single bill view the matter balance is not listed. 3) Insertion of notes is a missing feature.

I have been looking for this setting as I heard Centerbase can be logged in using Face ID but I cannot find it anywhere. When I hit App Support so I can contact someone for help it takes me to an error page. I would love for this feature to be easier to activate, I use Face ID log in for so many apps and it makes it so much more convenient than having to click through the log in page.
