Reviews for Hyperflyer are highly polarized. A minority report fast, affordable service in certain scenarios, including quick pickups and reliable delivery when it works. However a large number of reviews describe serious reliability and support problems: no drivers or orders never delivered, misdeliveries, and orders marked delivered without fulfillment; weak customer support with automated bots; frequent billing issues including multiple charges and refunds that are hard or impossible to obtain; and a sense of trust risk. No one will pick up your order. The app handles so poorly that you can’t connect to support. Basically the app exists to trick you much like they tricked whoever invested in this horrid company. Reporting to app.

I ordered coffee once with Hyperflyer and it went great. The second time, the driver brought the wrong order. They took the coffee and said they were going to go back and get the right order. Then they marked the order as delivered. This is obviously outside the control of the Hyperflyer app but the problem is it took me forever to figure out how to submit a refund request. The form required “proof” that the order was wrong, requiring a url. I obviously didn’t have that since the driver took the wrong order with them, but the app wouldn’t let me submit the form without a url and there was no option to chat with support or a number to call. They seriously need to have better support for when things go wrong. Until then, I can’t risk throwing away my money again
