Оформил карту для получения промокода на вб По итогу скидывают ответственность на РАФИНАД,мол не имеют отношения к этому Рафинад ЕСТЕСТВЕННО,будет кидать в игнор до талого пока не зае**шь их смс на почту по 50 штук в день Далее скидывают не существующие промокоды Итог:репутация банка на нуле,условия не соблюдены(кстати эти не существующие промокоды я ждал более 70 дней)
