User Reviews

Users praise Imprint for its visually driven, easy-to-use approach and strong content that aids learning and reduces social media use. However, many reviews flag pricing and billing frustrations, a limited free-trial structure, and some navigation and support issues, raising concerns about transparency and UX reliability. Overall, the app is valuable for motivated, visual learners, but potential buyers should weigh the subscription costs and trial terms against the learning benefits.
Pros
  • Visually rich, elegant design with smooth animations that make learning engaging and memorable.
  • Intuitive and easy-to-use interface that fits into busy schedules.
  • High-quality content across philosophy, psychology, self-growth, and practical life skills (e.g., careers, healthy living).
  • Strong appeal for visual learners and helps reduce time spent scrolling social media while learning.
Cons
  • Billing and pricing issues, including auto-renew after trial, refunds problems, and duplicate charges.
  • Perceived predatory paywalls and lack of a genuine free version; hard to trial before paying.
  • Clunky UX: navigation limitations (no back/rewind, no zoom) and unclear controls.
  • Marketing/ads can be misleading or pushy about paid options.
  • Inconsistent account management and customer support (difficult cancellation, circular replies).

This was advertised to me many times for art and design courses. I caved and bought a subscription blindly because when I searched “imprint design courses” I found zip. There is literally ONE (1) course on 1800s Art. Not on how to do it of course, and NOTHING on design applicable to an actual job. I find it very sneaky how they’re advertising this company and its abilities. I honestly feel really scammed right now because I didn’t want to get looped into the $75 initial payment they make you do after your trial expires so I didn’t the plan with no free trial that bills monthly. Design people: don’t waste your money like I did. Let me be the bad example
