I used this app to treat a UTI and the doctor prescribed me an anabiotic called ciprofoxacin that has many very severe side effects. On the minor side, it can rupture your Achilles tendon on the very severe side and can cause extreme nervous system failure to where you can no longer speak or walk. All of this for a UTI. It was a three day dose and the infection came back two weeks later. I went to an actual urgent care and they told me no one prescribes this anymore because of the massive side effects. Basically this is a very extreme level anabiotic that should only be used if you are out of other options. I’ve used this app 7 times over 4 years. Most of the doctors are kind enough, especially Dr. David Bernheimer. But the last doctor I had was argumentative (Dr Zietjian Vicken) and made me feel like he just wanted to get the call over so he could collect his money and move onto the next patient. I have referred several people to this app because it is convenient but when you encounter rude doctors and doctors that send you medication that could alter the rest of your life over a minor problem. I have lost my trust.

The site does not state that they can’t treat people over 65 for certain conditions. The doctor was so rude!! I reamed them and demanded my money back. Never again!!
