I placed an order and still haven’t received it. I reached out and was told THEY received notification about customs and to wait for their response. How long am I to wait? And why doesn’t my tracking info show an issue with customs? No. And the shipping info hasn’t moved since 3/10 .It’s now 3/20. Let’s see how hard it is to get a refund… Update 3/23/26. Don’t purchase from them. Horrible customer service. I’ll still with Alibaba for my business for now. This company does not care about customers in the US Update 5/12/2026. Doing an update per response from the company. I did receive my order..everything came fine..just as pictured..just extremely late accounting to their own shipping standards. Great items but can’t chance to order for my business due to poor customer service and lack of communication.
