Audio Stream Player is a Chrome extension that streams internet radio and user-provided audio sources to your device. It includes a database of over 25,000 online radio stations you can search, save to playlists, and play from various sources or the Stream Server (Mac App Store).

Key features include playlist creation and remote station switching (for example, from a car Bluetooth player). The app is free with a small ad (removable by upgrading to no-ad). A watch app lets you play streams directly to the watch speaker or to any Bluetooth device paired with the watch, with or without your phone.

Recent reviews

Getting a little old (no updates in several years) but still a nice no frills audio streaming app. Much better than VLC. Ads are minimal and non intrusive. The only thing I might ask for is a no frills equalizer. Does not have CarPlay controls.

Had about 60 stations programmed in for road trips and such, some radio, some podcasts, some repeaters, all cataloged and easy to play while on long trips. Today while driving back from a 3 hour camp out everything is gone. Every playlist and station is gone as if I just downloaded the app. Would do 5 stars if not for this. Now need to reset it all and hope I can remember the stations I had before.
