Users like the app for quick mobile access to essential LU information and emails, with a clear layout for needed items and pending tasks. However, repeated, broad issues dominate the reviews: persistent connectivity and server errors causing loading failures; frequent authentication problems and login loops between Canvas and myLU; stability problems including crashes, freezes, and white/blank screens; and performance drops after updates. A minority report issues with video playback (Kaltura) and UI scaling on certain devices. Overall, the app is usable for some tasks but is plagued by reliability issues.

Clear, organized view of needed information and pending tasks.
Easy mobile access to class emails and LU information, reducing reliance on a laptop.

Ongoing authentication problems and login loops, including issues with Microsoft Authenticator.

Recent reviews

Why have an app where you can NEVER log on to it/NEVER loads! Very frustrating. And when you try to sign into your account via Google or safari, it automatically tries to open your app...which doesn't work.
