This app has many bugs. It is semi-functional which is why it gets 1 star. I have to scan the boxes multiple times for delivery and it reboots the app just about every time. So, I have to scan the box for pickup, for delivery and again when it jumps back to the Home Screen in the middle of a delivery thus forcing to start over again. The debugging data feature doesn’t let you explain what the bug is. I don’t know how the developer is supposed to debug anything if I can’t detail what the bug is. It would be nice to be able to text the customer (can only call) and it would be much better for everyone involved if the customer and driver phone numbers were obscured, they are not and I have the customers’ actual phone number and they receive my actual number when I call. I could go on, there are more issues like the tiny font one must squint at or the overall look that gives a 90s vibe, if there were apps in the 90s. Anyway, I only recommend this if your employer forces you to use it and you want to continue working that job. Have fun

What a terrible routing app the worst of the worst GPS will not take you to the correct address incorrect coordinates. The display and operating in this app is horrendous. Very frustrating. You can’t control the tasks. You have to bypass by using the map. It is the most annoying thing. I wish I can see what boxes I’ve scanned and which ones I haven’t. The layout overall is terrible. Looks like something from the 1990s. And messes up routes by not having the correct pinpoint of these addresses. All of them are off there were times I had to walk to certain stops because the GPS lend me somewhere else. Huge downgrade for the company I work for by switching into this horrendous routing app would not recommend.
