I downloaded the mobile app just try it out and see if I liked it and I’ve already made my account through my company portal and everything locating my ID through the menu on my account screen getting my employee ID as well as looking for my password just to verify typed it incorrect I typed it in multiple times and it would not let me in. There’s only one company with my company’s name so it’s not like I could’ve mixed it up unless it’s somewhere or named something else. Sorry, but as it currently stands, this app is kind of worthless for me. You can fix this easily by adding a QR code inside of the website in order to access it which would bypass all this other nonsense.

Error messages tell you to tap on non existent buttons, web portal allowed me to enter a 6 character security answer, but mobile app says I need more characters. And while minor, copyright date is 6 years stale, what else is overlooked?. Ugh.
