The app never works. It never saves my preferred clinic (I’ve set it about 20+ times now), and doesnt save the photos correctly in the issue tracker. It either shows one of the multiple uploaded or none. When I submit tech issues through the contact us form, no one ever does anything about it and I hear from no one. Also, you can’t change your email address on the account which is truly wild. I wish the app worked as there are great ideas/features but it’s always a total bummer using the app because of these glitches/problems that are never resolved.

Cannot set pets specialists as preferred clinic. Cannot make appointments through app with specialists. App is not functional or useful. It’s much easier to just call. I just downloaded the app 15 minutes ago and will be deleting immediately.
