I’m so tired of these local to Tennessee half-baked apps and websites that lack any real updated design. This app is well, well, well overdue for a complete overhaul. UI looks like it was designed for an iPhone 4, card transactions fail to complete, and don’t want to save 87.6% of the time. Menu items are outside the scope of the screen so you have to blindly click around just to get it to open, and when you’re trying to login in, don’t bother clicking to stay logged in - It’ll log you out the first time you close and reopen the app. Luckily phones have kept up with the time and can save your password, but God help you if you lose functionality to that feature because you’ll have to go back to the pen and paper little black book method of keeping your password… I can’t reiterate this enough that a COMPLETE and TOTAL revision is needed. Whoever is in charge of app design should probably take a few extra courses, and pay special attention to the design elements portion of class. Goodnight, Irene… Don’t waste your time, just get to your computer and get online.
