When you buy a Manheim SureCheck-inspected vehicle, either online or at one of Manheim’s auction centres, you'll have 5 days to report a problem.

Reporting a problem couldn't be easier, just enter your details through this app and we'll get straight to work. All reported problems are independently assessed to make our process as efficient and effective for you.
