App Features:

• A lender can complete the simple application form and become a registered lender on our platform.
• Registered lenders would be able to view profiles of active borrowers who have been verified and approved by i2iFunding.
• Registered lenders would be able to lend in the profile of active borrowers and see the overview of their lending s.
• Registered lenders can opt for Auto lend to deploy funds easily. They will also get an auto-notification once a new borrower is made live.

Lending Amount Limits: After registration, lenders would be able to lend up to Rs. 50,000 without paying any additional fees. The maximum lending amount for a single borrower is Rs. 50,000. The overall lending limit is Rs. 50 Lakhs across all P2P lending platforms.

Lending Process:

1. Create a Lender Account – To get started with lending, lenders must first complete the registration form on either the website or mobile app.
2. Transfer Funds to Escrow Account – To begin lending, lenders must transfer funds to the escrow account (non-interest bearing). Lenders should add the escrow account as a beneficiary in their net banking and can transfer funds via NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS from an Indian bank. Alternatively, lenders can transfer funds via the Paytm or PhonePe payment gateway (gateway charges apply).
3. Set Auto lending - lenders can Set Auto lending rules matching their lending preferences to ensure quick deployment of funds.
4. Lenders can also lend manually in each profile which is made live on the portal if not funded through Auto lending. They can review profiles of "Active Borrowers" by browsing the 'Active Borrowers List'. Approved Loan amount, interest rate and tenure are mentioned along with the detailed profile of each borrower.
5. Lending Money - lenders can select borrowers as per their risk appetite and lending preference and then make a commitment to lend money to those borrowers by clicking on the "lend Now" button and entering "lending Amount".

Repayments and Monthly Cash Flow – Each month, the EMI or due amount is automatically deducted from the borrower's bank account and transferred to i2iFunding's Repayment Escrow Account via the NACH mandate. The total repayment amount collected in the escrow account is then transferred to the respective lenders' bank accounts.
