Before STEP, I had so much stress managing our childcare center. Pre-k teachers often get sick, and when one of ours were out I had to cover for them. Numerous times I woke up early to a phone call and had to scramble to the center in time. Now with STEP I feel less weight on my shoulders. I’m so grateful for their services. Don’t doubt how much it will make things run smoother at your center.
