Same issues the previous folks stated about this update, plus new bug…the Transaction Pin no longer saves the view to separate “New & Uncleared” from “All Other”.

This app works, it synchronizes across all our devices Not sure why the update suddenly started working. Well, now I know. Version 10.0.3 fixed the overly aggressive opening dialog. Also is now clear, when it wants pin, when it wants password. Now both of our iPhone, and all three of our iPad, are updated and happy.
