Love the Mac version of Banktivity. The iOS Versions are catching up, but the Mac version is the best in its class

Using the product for a couple years already. Last year was seriously considering switching to something else due to multiple issues with bank sync. After trying a couple products, decided that the switch is not worth the sweat. I will need to reconnect many banks and credit cards. In the last month or so there were so many mistakes that I started to regret my decision to stay with Banktivity. Duplicated transactions posted, absolutely wrong categorization, etc. My impression is that they are trying different AI models and each models need a training by me. Seriously? Why I suppose to pay for the product and then train these stupid models with zero retention? Sick and tired of fixing issues, probably should just forget about paid subscription and move on

Just switching from the MacBook version to the iOS version. Very user friendly. Syncs nicely between devices. Happy with the banking software and have used it for 6+ years. Now the iPad version is almost as powerful but extremely handy and can also use on your iPhone. The best part of the transition experience has been the Love Chat Support. It has been outstanding!
