SharkSmart WA is Western Australia’s official source for near real-time shark activity, beach safety, patrolled beaches, and weather information. The app maps shark monitoring receivers, beach enclosures, and Beach Emergency Numbers, lets you save favourite locations, and sends notifications for relevant shark activity updates to help you plan safe beach visits.

Features include a map view, real-time updates (Nearby, Your Favourites, Other Locations), and a Report tool that uses location services to share sightings or whale carcasses with Water Police. Sea Sense tips and shark mitigation strategies are linked to support informed, personal safety decisions.

I was looking for shark sightings in New Haven, Harbor, and Cape Cod however, when I fill in the search, nothing happens. Also, when I tap on the map, nothing happens.
