On the 'Awards' tab, you can track these items. Prefer a language other than English? Go to the 'More' tab and select 'Languages' to pick another language option. If you need to book an appointment, please go to the 'Appointments' tab for more info. Make sure to select 'Mark as Complete' when doing your exercises to ensure that your provider can keep track of your progress!

The app keeps crashing. I have yet to be able to log in to it. Very frustrating.

I’ve been trying to use this app on the advice of my physical therapist. Worked fine in the beginning and was a big help to remember my exercises when at home but only worked for a week or so. Now it won’t let me complete half of my routine and won’t tally or confirm that I’m done for the session. I send some feedback through but apparently that’s not working as well.
