Reviewers praise ATP WTA Live for its comprehensive ATP/WTA coverage and live rankings when it works, making it a must-have for tennis fans. Yet across many reviews the app is plagued by intrusive ads, slow loading, lag, and crashes. Data reliability is a major issue with missing or outdated scores and schedules. Updates often worsen the UX, with distracting features and mixed gender results. Reliability during major events is also inconsistent. Overall: strong concept, but execution and stability need serious work.

Intrusive ads and pop-ups disrupt usage (including full-page ads for collectibles and 'collect this match' prompts).
Severe slowdowns and lag: long load times, freezing, and crashes, especially after updates.
Data reliability issues: scores and completed/missed matches not updating correctly across events.
UI/UX regressions from updates: new interface and features degrade navigation; mixing men/women results causes confusion.
Occasional unavailability: app fails to open or load during major tournaments.

Recent reviews

Please fix the UI for Challenger matches in full screen on iPad/iPad Pro. The matches are barely visible. The “full screen option is not much different than the minimal screen size.

Love having access to all the app has to offer however it’s constantly glitching when trying to access the different tabs, scores, information, etc. This has been going on since I’ve started the app and it would be great for it to perform at a high level consistently as the core idea of the app is awesome for tennis fans.
