Pros

Very user-friendly, with a sleek design and easy navigation on mobile.
Excellent explanations for questions, including embedded videos and detailed references.
Highly customizable quizzes and study plans (subject/topic filters, timing and tutor mode).
Strong progress tracking and analytics (performance tab and strengths/weaknesses by topic).
Good on-the-go usability with features like auto-pause and smooth screen readability.

Cons

Many Kaplan courses and resources are not supported in the iOS app (e.g., NCLEX, MCAT, certain QBank modules), limiting access.
Stability issues and account access problems (crashes when creating quizzes; occasional outages or 'account not found' messages).
Deluxe NCLEX resources and other course modules aren’t accessible through the app.

Recent reviews

It would be much much appreciated if Kaplan announce the tien they would update the bank/ app/ website, so we can make plan for it. It keep running into the issue that the website/ or app shut down all suddenly and said the account is not existing or something went wrong (even though my account is still active for the next 5 months)

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Can’t access any of my deluxe NCLEX testing resources. Waste of money. Tried deleting and redownloading, signing in and out and nothing. Thanks for taking my money kaplan.
