I have to wonder if the app developers have actually tried using their own app. It’s a good idea but why can’t I see the text clearly? When I type In a note to go along with my tip, I can’t see the text as I’m typing. Also, why are you charging fees for Apple pay and debit cards? It is illegal in NY to charge fees for debit cards so why do that? On the page to choose which way to pay, the text and fee breakdown are all Scrunched together and not readable. Just a really poorly designed app all around and not user friendly at all. The whole point is to make it more convenient to tip, not less convenient. I’m sitting here thinking I’m just going to send in paper thank you cards after all because you don’t even deserve the $5 dollar fee that supposedly Makes this more convenient.

This app has been working for me for 2 years, and I am suddenly just unable to open up the “employers” tab or it closes the app. It would be better if it worked.
