ARKitchen offers appealing AR visualization and a wealth of free assets, plus ease of use for some and value for sharing ideas with a contractor. However, it is plagued by stability issues, a paywall that limits functionality, and limited precision in cabinet placement and room shaping. Many users find it not intuitive and unreliable for serious remodeling. It may help generate rough visions, but falls short on reliability and flexibility for real designs.

Recent reviews

This product is not easy to use and is so buggy it’s not usable. I tried resizing a cabinet and the pop-up window would not dismiss when finished. Only way to get rid of it is to close and reopen the project, which causes a complete loss of all your changes. The LiDAR scanning process is nice, but overall the product is difficult to use, not at all intuitive, and not worth the effort.
