Koala Nap: Snore Less Tonight

I “allegedly” score. After doing a sleep study, I leaned that I don’t have sleep apnea. They had me use a CPAP machine, which I absolutely hated. To be honest, the sitting is likely due to the weight I’ve put on. Since then, I’ve tried all kinds of different things, to no avail. I got this app and a REMplenish water bottle about the same time. I’ve noticed I don’t get elbowed at night as often (I’m frankly too embarrassed to actually ask). The water bottle thing says it takes about a month to be effective, so I’m assuming the app is making the difference. I’m still not feeling as rested as I would hope, but that might be something else. Who knows. Bottom line, I seem to be upsetting my wife less, so that’s with the price of admission.

For one I don’t really notice if it’s alerting me while snoring, will continue to adjust settings so I’ll go with user error for that part. But my biggest complaint is not being able to start the process from the watch. There’s no way to make the app on the watch more effective and allow us to start the session from the watch while iPhone is charging?
