2025-11-05	Cr*****	The calendar starts on Monday. I wouldn't care if there was an option to change this but there isn't. This needs to change. There needs to be an option to add your appointment to the calendar. Many apps now have this option but this app definitely needs this option. These are the most annoying issues as a customer so please fix them.

2025-10-22	Li*****	I never rate apps but was told from a salon the only way to get a gift card was through this app. It took me forever o find the salon because it would t update the location. I finally got it, purchased a gift card and the never received it. I am trying to contact support but the app only allows less than a sentence in the message field. My transaction went through but there’s no way to see the gift card and it did not come through text or email like it was supposed to.

2025-03-05	MC*****	I had to reset my pin. I followed all of the steps and it will not allow me to do so. Uninstalled the app and added it back, still not working. I’ve reached out to customer service and 2 days later no answers. Deeply displeased!!

2024-05-14	be*****	I like the idea of this app but it is not user friendly and doesn’t always work correctly. More times than not it won’t use my location correctly, can’t find my store or won’t redirect back. Plus a bunch of other annoying issues. Needs lots of work.

2024-04-06	Me*****	The app is trash, you can’t make appointments, the location navigation is off. It pulls up different cities when trying to locate a shop in your current location. For the app to be out for 2 plus years, it should be updated and all the functions should work. Trash app.
