Features & Capabilities

Through a magical Dice, you will travel to Luxium and encounter the Gyees. You will come to understand each of them through this wonderful adventure. The choices you make will help them through hard times when they are misunderstood or discriminated against.

In Luxium, almost 1 in every 20 is a Gyee. They are brave, proud of who they are and unafraid to show their true colors. With bestial powers in their blood and the glow in their eyes, they seek kindred souls to link and motivate and bond with each other. The City of Azria lies in ruins, and the White Capes hunt the Gyees as Flux Nexus corrupts the land and the Shadow Order awakens its master. Your fate becomes intertwined with theirs as you decide whether they find vengeance, escape, or lasting acceptance.

User Reviews

GYEE stands out for its art, character variety, and LGBTQ+-themed RPG concept, with responsive devs and flexible party-building. However, it is repeatedly undermined by bugs, a punishing monetization model, slow character progression, and performance/UX issues. Translation quirks and perceived stagnation in updates add to player frustration. Overall, a strong premise with execution problems that threaten long-term appeal.
Pros
  • Beautiful art and a large roster of well-designed characters with strong customization (eye candy).
  • Unique LGBTQ+ RPG premise with queer representation that stands out among mobile games.
  • Solid core gameplay with diverse party builds and engaging early progression.
  • Developers are responsive and supportive when issues arise.
Cons
  • Frequent bugs, crashes, and update/install problems that can render the game unplayable.
  • Heavy monetization and paywalls; expensive premium currency and low guaranteed returns on pulls.
  • Slow progression and grind to unlock new characters, with gating via pact stones and limited farming options.
  • Performance issues: low FPS, awkward movement, clunky UI and animations, plus translation quirks.
  • Perceived lack of meaningful updates over time and slow fixes for long-standing issues.

There are a bunch of fun Hot Characters to collect, and the stories can be entertaining, if sometimes a bit simplistic. While there is nothing explicit, there is a lot of innuendo. The LGBT+ positive messaging is very present and also welcome. The downsides are the frequent micro-pays, the minor pay-to-win aspects to some Skins/Costumes. But I still quite enjoy playing, especially in the timed real-time PvP Arena. I wish they had Daily bosses that provided some unique or special rewards, but its fine. I would Reccomend occasionally spending a few dollars (the daily $0.99 buy is a good one to get occasionally) just to help speed up progress with mats etc…. But I have seen people progress to high ends with Basic characters you get easily when you first start for free! So its fun! SAVE YOUR PACT STONES! Dont waste them! You need 100 to get a specific character you want, so save up and dont toss them on “starter summons”

Tell the Devs to close the game. No real updates, and their anniversary event, came with so many bugs and Incomplete. They keep testing the players patience and don’t give anything to the community. This server is pretty much abandoned. Don’t waste your time downloading this

Was really enjoying and getting into the game but then I saw the shota characters and was really turned off by that. This was supposed to be a fun space for LGBTQ+ men who want to play a game that wasn’t strictly for the woman’s gaze(Just to be clear I’m not against it it’s just not very common to see in gay or BL stories) and was ruined when I saw a literal kid in the more “Spicy” areas of the map. The queer community already gets put under fire because they always associate the kids when talking about the LGBTQ+ in political settings and this is not helping at all. If they’d remove the character I would have probably spent genshin amounts of money here but they just had to include them. 😰
