Even with a paid subscription they are pushing external ads! Way too many pop ups. Love the content; hate the ads/ui/app. Just cancelled after years.

I’ve been a DW member for 5 years. Love the content, the journalism, everything. This week ads starting popping up on the app…is this a bug? Please fix for paid subscribers! Responding to DW: I truly hope it’s temporary. I pay so I don’t get ads. Anywhere in the app. I don’t want them period. They dilute the idea of being a paid member. I’m not sold. If you keep them in the app I’ll be canceling my membership.
