I think the overall experience with Tulu has been extremely positive. I think the concept is something that a lot of new constructions and older developments should adopt to provide 24-7 access to essentials and snacks and things that residents don't necessarily need every day that are costly, like Dyson vacuums and printers, et cetera. The one thing I will say is that the individual snacks themselves can be a little bit pricey, which I don't necessarily agree with. I do also understand that this is a convenience-added layer and not an operating deli grocery front. Paying $2 for a 1-oz. bag of chips just sounds a little ridiculous. You can go to the corner store and that same bag might cost you $0.75, right? Again it's the business and the building working together and they both have to make money so I get it. Also it's 24-7 access. There's nothing stopping me from going downstairs and grabbing some extra snacks when I want to. Although Tula offers a great customer service experience and they are super responsive no matter what time of day or what day of the week it is, the building itself needs to be very responsible and proactive when it comes to refilling.
