Requirements:

iOS 13
An account with Switchvox, FreePBX, or PBXact business phone system from Sangoma Technologies (your PBX).
The most recent version of your PBX. (Previous versions may support some of the features of the app.)
A valid SSL certificate on your PBX, signed by a trusted 3rd party certificate authority.

Once you have the app on your iPhone, open the app and enter the fully qualified domain name (meaning the hostname, not the numeric IP address) of your PBX, your extension number, and your password, and click Sign in.

The functionality of the app is great. But it’s useless. You have to enter your server name, ID and password on every launch. No login info saved. No Face ID.

This app isn’t good for much, but the last update broke the ability to stay logged in after closing the app. And it’s not enough to leave the app open in the background, because it’ll crash.
