Content quality and hosts are strong, but the iOS app is plagued by bugs and unreliable playback. Users cite glitches, rotation crashes, double-audio, and Bluetooth issues, plus server/connectivity errors and a lack of updates. The UX is clunky (no watchlist, hard navigation, missing return button) and support is reported as weak. Overall, content is excellent; the app itself is not reliable.

High-quality video playback when working, plus offline download/pre-download options for flights.
Some features work well for some users, such as in-app chat and a pop-out player.

Terrible update- constantly have to close out and reopen constantly. I have to lock rotation, otherwise app blacks out if it goes to landscape. If I finish a show and start listening to a second show, play/pause on headphones will play every previous show I watched over the top of current show- WTF
