Very Disappointed. What the ads do not mention. The LR 4 is is much harder to clean then the company lets on. The price is outrageous. I love the app. The LR 4 has lasted years. That’s great! Except the liner and seals fall right off after 1st deep cleaning. I have 5 indoor cats. 2 different litter boxes. The biggest issue is how dirty the LR gets. Urine especially sticks bad. I have tried every litter I can afford. I current use tidy cats made for LR. It worked for several months after a deep clean and new liner replaced then it started sticking bad after 6 months less bad after 3 months. The liner and other parts will need to be replaced. The liner after about one year if you have multiple cats. The LR4 needs Deep cleaning about every 6 months but I do not have the help to do that. It takes about 4 hours 2 ppl cleaning to do this. The LR 4 top parts need to be cleaned outside. Good luck in bad weather. My immune system is low so I worry about the feces and urine rolling around inside the globe and the cats fur touching. It’s not clean. I recommend getting the warranty due to the liner, seals not lasting long enough. With the help I have I would not buy a new LR 4 again unless they made the liner much better.

I have a 5 pro in my office and it records constantly. There needs to be a delete all button for the recording history. This is a suggestion for future update. Please!
