This app doesn’t do anything. It has no options to do anything. Believe it or not, you are better off waiting on hold for three hours then using this app.

No way to open new ticket or do ANYTHING with this app- I’ve been HawaiianTelCom customer for 5decades - since CincinnatiBell took over - a NIGHTMARE!! Find anywhere else to go-
