Features & Capabilities

Worrydolls is a journaling extension that lets you tell a tiny doll your worries and track them over time. It supports reflection and calming as you revisit past entries. Inspired by the Guatemalan tradition, the worry doll helps turn fear into a record you carry with you.

How it works: whisper a single worry to the Worrydoll, log it, then mark when you no longer worry. You can review old worries to feel calmer and track your progress as you learn to manage anxiety and stress.

Overall, users praise Worrydolls as a comforting, nonjudgmental space to vent worries. The dolls feel like caring companions and help reduce anxiety by providing validation and perspective. The ability to finish, archive, and revisit worries is valued, and core features are free to start. Common drawbacks include premium features gating the full experience, text entry and prompt limitations, a short character limit, and occasional UI bugs that can cause data loss or navigation issues.

I never realized how many things I worry about in a day but having this app really helps me to keep track of it and I enjoy that I can just type what I'm worrying about so easily.a great app if you want to express your thoughts!!

Didn’t know that they put a paywall behind you past worries and transferring them from a different phone. That’s genuinely insane, I’ve used this app ever since I was in high school and it helped me through so much. I just got a new phone and unbeknownst to me there’s a paywall to transfer my active and past worries. It should just be connected to an account😐 the other whole point of the dolls itself is to see what password you had and what the outcome actually was if there was one. This is insulting. Very disappointed in what was such a good app before.
