Unfortunately, there’s almost too much content on the app. It’s very confusing to figure out how to get to the “season” that the quiz told me I was in. I wanted to try out the new Method and started the free 7 day trial and was charged the next for the month.

The 30 Day Hormone Reset and monthly challenges helped me focus on healing my body instead of punishing it. What I appreciated most was the encouragement to care for my body in a realistic, supportive way. I’ve noticed more energy, better balance, and a healthier mindset around taking small, sustainable steps. I’ve also gained confidence and a better understanding of what my body actually needs. The accountability and guidance made small changes feel doable, and I’m really thankful for the support and structure.

I have been using Bikini Body Mommy since 2016, and what I love most is how easy it is to adapt the programs to whatever season of life you are in. And trust me, I have had ALL the seasons. The seasons when my body could handle HIIT style workouts, and seasons, where it absolutely could not. There were times when strength training was the best thing that ever happened to me, and times when it was not what my body needed. Through Hashimoto’s, POTS, hormonal shifts, flares, recoveries, and everything in between, Bikini Body Mommy has been the one program that never demanded I force my body into something it was not capable of. And let me be crystal clear: at this point in my life, this girl does not do HIIT! Like, ever! Strength, structure, and stability work for me. Jumping around like I’m trying to win a fitness obstacle course does not. That is where Bikini Body Mommy really shines. The LIFT programs and this year’s training blocks are strength based, flexible, and incredibly easy to scale up or down, depending on your energy, symptoms, or doctor’s instructions. They work with your body, not against it. I can challenge myself when I am feeling strong, and I can modify without any guilt when my auto immune conditions say, not today. Even with health setbacks, and a few doctor ordered breaks, I have completed nearly the entire year of training blocks, and I feel amazing. The consistency, the structure, and the adaptability have made all the difference. If you want a fitness program that meets you where you are, whether you are thriving, healing, or somewhere in between, Bikini Body Mommy is it. It has carried me through nearly a decade of changes and helped me stay strong, confident, and grounded. I could not recommend it more.
