The developers say that they do not collect data from the app. They really should, because it is worthless. I cannot even get the mask or neck to connect or initiate. So, that’s $3500 dollars wasted! Under no circumstances should anyone but the Niin face mask; you will get no help, no instruction book, no answers, and certainly no refunds.

I’ve had this mask for almost 2 years. Mask works great and I think it helped my skin. But The app is a great disappointment! It stopped working and I have deleted and downloaded this app multiple times so I can keep using my personalized settings. It’s a shame because I love the mask. Please fix the app issue!!
