Love the imask, neck and head products but the app absolutely SUCKS… Apparently there haven’t been any updates or fixes in years. Every couple of months I have to delete and reinstall the app to get anything to work. This last time I did, I get a message “not connected to Bluetooth”. Bluetooth is on but can’t find the mask. Step up to the plate Artemis and get it corrected.

Honestly seems like was made by a 12yo learning how to program. Might return the mask because the app is so bad it makes me think the mask is a scam. Literally none of the features in the app work as expected
