Honestly seems like was made by a 12yo learning how to program. Might return the mask because the app is so bad it makes me think the mask is a scam. Literally none of the features in the app work as expected

The developers say that they do not collect data from the app. They really should, because it is worthless. I cannot even get the mask or neck to connect or initiate. So, that’s $3500 dollars wasted! Under no circumstances should anyone but the Niin face mask; you will get no help, no instruction book, no answers, and certainly no refunds.
