I bought it and used it very often, but today I wanted to take a photo with my go pro 10 and nothing worked, the app on the watch wouldn't even open, although it always worked before, it's a shame that this happened. It’s doesn’t work now

The phone app "works" but my new watch app will not connect to the Go Pro Hero 7 Black I have. It was the sole reason I spent money for the app and it isn't working.
