am extremely disappointed with how this company operates. In New York City, you are treating drivers like employees while giving none of the respect or benefits they deserve. This is completely unacceptable. Your customer service is very poor, and supervisors like Olga and Kelly clearly do not understand drivers or care about their concerns. Their behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful. Drivers invest a huge amount of money—over $150,000—to purchase vehicles, yet you treat them as if they have no value. On top of that, drivers are being pressured to work 7 days a week without proper time off. This is unfair and exploitative. This app is not good for drivers at all. Even though it has been around since around 2026in New York City, there has been no meaningful improvement. The system is still broken, and the way drivers are treated is unacceptable. I have worked with multiple companies for the past 5–7 years, and I can confidently say this is the worst company I have experienced in New York City. If these issues are not addressed immediately, it will continue to damage both drivers and the company’s reputation. I expect a serious response and immediate action.
